Installation Note 35966: The Forecast Studio Plug-In for SAS® Management Console does not load

After installing the SAS® Forecast Studio Plug-in for SAS® Management Console, SAS Management Console will display an error that the plug-In can not be loaded. The error dialogue box will be displayed.
Selecting Details >> provides the following information.

Selecting OK closes this error box.
All features of SAS Management Console except the Forecast Studio Plug-in will function
normally.
