Installation Note 35966: The Forecast Studio Plug-In for SAS® Management Console does not load

After installing the SAS® Forecast Studio Plug-in for SAS® Management Console, SAS Management Console will display an error that the plug-In can not be loaded. The error dialogue box will be displayed.
Selecting Details >> provides the following information.
forecastsmc requested sas.swing.remote.nls "[902003.6.0.20090318190000_s2dvr,902003.6.0.20090318190000_s2dvr]" but version "[902000.0.0.20090116170000_v920,902000.0.0.20090116170000_v920]" was already loaded by the framework and cannot be overridden. forecastsmc requested sas.graph.pfd "[902003.12.1.20090311190000_s2dvr,902003.12.1.20090311190000_s2dvr]" but version "[902000.9.13.20090116170000_v920,902000.9.13.20090116170000_v920]" was already loaded by the framework and cannot be overridden. forecastsmc requested sas.graph.pfd.nls "[902003.6.0.20090318190000_s2dvr,902003.6.0.20090318190000_s2dvr]" but version "[902000.0.0.20090116170000_v920,902000.0.0.20090116170000_v920]" was already loaded by the framework and cannot be overridden. forecastsmc requested sas.swing.remote "[902003.22.2.20090311190000_s2dvr,902003.22.2.20090311190000_s2dvr]" but version "[902000.28.4.20090116170000_v920,902000.28.4.20090116170000_v920]" was already loaded by the framework and cannot be overridden
Selecting OK closes this error box.
All features of SAS Management Console except the Forecast Studio Plug-in will function
normally.
