Problem Note 35895: The error "...Executing the Workspace Job 'taskname'. The server is disconnected" might occur when you run a job in SAS® Enterprise Guide®

When you run a job in SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1 and are accessing DB2 data, the job might not complete. The following error message appears:
An error occurred Executing the Workspace Job taskname. The server is disconnected.
To circumvent the problem, add comment delimiters around the DEVICE= option and the DBSLICEPARM= option in your SAS/ACCESS® Interface to DB2 LIBNAME statement in the autoexec.sas file.
Note: Both options might appear in the autoexec.sas file, or just one of the options might appear.
