Problem Note 35817: In SASĀ® Warranty Analysis Emerging Issues, it is not possible to access more than 50 alerts, and an exception error occurs if you scroll the page
In Emerging Issues, it is not possible to display and access more than 50 alerts. Paging is not enabled and results in a Java OutOfBounds error:
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Page number out of bounds: 2
You would see an error message like the following:
A workaround is to increase the number of alerts that can be displayed per page so they fit on a single page.
To increase the number of alerts displayed per page:
-
Edit the landingPage.config file in the directory. For example, edit
webapps\SASWarrantyAnalysis\WEB-INF\conf and modify the value for the property eiTableRowPageSizeValue
-
Restart the SAS Warranty Analysis Web application.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
