Problem Note 35799: An error occurs when you use the Netezza engine in a LIBNAME statement to access Netezza release 4.6

In SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Netezza, the following error might occur when you try to access Netezza release 4.6 with a LIBNAME statement that contains the Netezza engine:
ERROR: Unable to transcode data
If this error occurs, you might be able to query the Netezza data, but you cannot browse or view the data.
