Problem Note 35788: A stored process fails unless a metadata identity is defined

A stored process might fail to run when the requesting user does not have a metadata identity. The following error will occur:
An error occurred executing the stored process job "jobname", The stored process library failed to provide a data se.event interface. External component has thrown an exception.
To circumvent the problem, add a metadata identity for the requesting user.
