Problem Note 35747: A null pointer exception is displayed in the SAS® Digital Marketing log

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

A null pointer exception might be seen in the SAS Digital Marketing log when audit records are written during an execution of an ASP type broadcast.

This can happen when the address variable on the ASP definition is not named to.

If you then execute the ASP broadcast a second time and you have set Eliminate Duplicates on your SAS Digital Marketing Server, the duplicate phone numbers are not ignored. These null pointer messages are delivered multiple times.

Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
