Usage Note 35743: Masking password parameters in SAS® Stored Processes
When creating a password parameter (prompt) for a stored process, you can choose to mask the password as it is being entered by the user in applications such as SAS® Enterprise Guide and the SAS® Stored Process Web Application. In the New Prompt dialog box, select Masked single line (for password entry) in the Text type field (as shown below).
