Problem Note 35714: No content is found when clicking a tracked link in an e-mail

The SAS® Digital Marketing text link manager stops working if the object spawner or workspace server services are restarted without restarting the SAS Digital Marketing Server.
This can manifest itself in the following ways:
- When creating a broadcast the indexed links will be invalid.
- When the recipient of the e-mail clicks an existing indexed link, he receives a "no-content-found" message.
Restart the SAS Digital Marketing server to work around this.
