Usage Note 35702: ASP broadcasts in SAS® Digital Marketing can now use encoding other than UTF-8

ASP broadcasts now can use encoding other than UTF-8 with a few simple modifications. For example, to use UTF-16, modify the broadcast and in the content editor add the following line:

!EM_ENCODING! UTF-16

This needs to be on its own line and with no leading spaces.
