Problem Note 35473: "Printing error. Cannot print report." when attempting to print a SAS® Web Report Studio report that contains stored process code

When attempting to print a SAS Web Report Studio report that contains stored process code, the following dialog box might appear.
Clicking OK displays the following error details:
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 2 at com.sas.report.render.view.pdf.itext.adapters.table.olap.TableSizer.calculateTotalWidth(TableSizer.java:393)
This problem is most likely to occur if your stored process contains PROC TABULATE code that uses a TABLE statement in order to create a new column.
