Problem Note 35456: Some utility file locations are not honored for coalesce and reorganization

When reorganization or the coalesce process is being performed on a SAS® OLAP Cube, the specified utility file locations might not be honored and your utility files could appear in the cube folder itself.
The SAS system options that are being overlooked are SPDEUTILLOC, UTILLOC, and WORK.
