Problem Note 35372: The task list shows duplicate entries during a workflow assessment

In SAS® OpRisk Monitor, you can configure the workflow for an assessment so that more than one user, in turn, will validate what has been assessed. The task list shows a user the items that they need to validate.
With this configuration, the first validator incorrectly has two entries in their task list. In the correct entry, the validator is identified as the assessor. In the incorrect entry, the next validator in turn is noted as the assessor.
