When using the Japanese or Korean locale for SAS Anti-Money Laundering, the Investigation UI converts DBCS characters into garbage characters. The DBCS characters are not translated correctly due to the current Struts JAR files.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
The Struts files have been upgraded to version 1.2.9, which will allow support of non-Latin 1 alphabets and DBCS characters in the Investigation UI.
