Problem Note 35245: It is not possible to change the status of a campaign after the campaign is approved

You cannot change the status for a campaign after the campaign is approved. You can change the approval action, but the status will remain Approved.

This occurs when the approval status changes directly from Approved to Requested.

The simple workaround is to never make this transition. For example, if you follow the actions Approve ► Denied ► Requested, will get you back to a good state.

Any time you move directly between Approved and Requested, the campaign becomes locked so that you cannot get it to any state other than Approved or Approve Requested.
