Problem Note 35239: You might have a campaign or diagram without an owner if you use an operation system or Regional Setting other than English

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

If you use an operating system or Regional Setting other than English, you might have a campaign or diagram without an owner.

Such a circumstance can be replicated by following the steps in the example below:

  1. Create a new User Group in the SAS® Management Console, and add the user 'sasdemo' to this new group.
  2. Add this new group to the MarketingAutomationAdvancedUsersGroup so that only the new Group is shown in the MAAdvancedUsersGroup.
  3. Add the new group to a diagram that is created in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio.
  4. Save and close the diagram.
  5. Remove the edit permissions for the new group.

Note that the Edit permissions for the user 'sasdemo' are lost. The campaign/diagram no longer has an owner.

Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
