Problem Note 35223: The BUILD_PARTY_MATCH_CODES macro returns an error if the length of the input value exceeds 255 characters
The DQMATCH function returns an error if the strings full_street_address and full_mailing_address exceed 255 characters.
To prevent errors, the length should be restricted to 255 characters.
