Problem Note 35901: Runtime exception connecting to repository, RemoteException occurred in server thread java errors when running task
In SAS® Model Manager, when running one of the SAS Model Manager macros that are issued when performing a scoring task, reporting task, or a performance task, you might recieve a java error like the following:

java.rmi.ServerException: RemoteException occurred in server thread; nested
exception
is:
java.rmi.UnmarshalException: error unmarshalling arguments; nested exception
is: java.net.MalformedURLException: no
protocol: and
These java trace errors occur because the name of the Windows CLASSPATH environment variable contains one or more spaces.
To work around the problem, remove any spaces from the name of the Windows CLASSPATH environment variable.

fixed.
If you have a space in the Windows CLASSPATH environment variable, SAS Model Manager may return some unexpected results when tasks are run.
