Problem Note 35819: When an Emerging Issues Automated job fails, the job control table (JCT) synchoronization process does not recover the job correctly
The JCT synchronization flow no longer works when an Emerging Issues Automated job fails, and anything downstream from the job is not run. No information about this condition is available in any log files. This condition is indicated if batch processing appears to be unresponsive and the number of jobs shown as waiting in the Diagnostic Client does not decrease.
To recover, restart the SAS® Warranty Analysis at the middle tier, including Remote Services, AP Server, and the application server.
