Problem Note 35723: SAS® Digital Marketing incorrectly returns an Unsubscribe Confirmation message
Despite the underlying SAS Digital Marketing database containing the Optout table that is unavailable to be updated with an unsubscribe request, the optout servlet incorrectly returns a confirmation message in the browser:
"Your unsubscribe request for e-mail address <> has been successfully received.
Please allow 7-10 working days for your e-mail to be completely removed from the system."
