Problem Note 35704: The SASĀ® Digital Marketing Studio server connection retains password information, allowing subsequent logons without re-entering the password
When a Server Connection is created during the SAS Digital Marketing Studio logon process, the password is retained with the Server Connection.
This enables you to complete subsequent logons without having to re-enter the password, which can be considered a security issue.
SAS® Management Console has an option that enables you to create a profile and then deselect the Save userid and password in this profile check box.
When you choose that profile when logging on to SAS Management Console, you are always prompted for user ID and password.
A similar function is required for SAS Digital Marketing.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
During the SAS Digital Marketing Studio logon process, the Server Connection retains the password. This makes it possible for users to complete subsequent logons without entering a password. A hot fix that requires users to enter an ID and password to complete a log on is planned.
