Problem Note 35596: An error occurs when you publish to WebDAV with some non-English versions of the SAS® Model Manager
When you use some non-English versions (French, in particular) of the SAS Model Manager to publish content to a Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV) client, the following error occurs:
ERROR: WEBDAV transport engine encountered errors while publishing the package
ERROR: Some code points did not transcode.
ERROR: Execution terminated by an ABORT statement at line 228 column 6.
msg=ERROR: Some code points did not transcode. rc=-2143295480 pid=1
desc= nameValue= namespaces=type=http://www.sas.com/rnd/itech/WebDAVdescription=http://www.sas.com/
xml/namespace/services.webdav-1.1fileType=binary userString=pubType=TO_WEBDAV properties=COLLECTION_URL,
HTTP_USER, HTTP_PASSWORD,DEBUG _ERROR_=1_N_=1
This error occurs becauase the WebDAV client code expects the headers to be returned in the UTF-8 encoding. However, the status message part of the response is in ISO-8859-1 (also known as LATIN-1 encoding).
Currently, there is no solution or workaround for this problem.
A fix is planned for a later release.
