Problem Note 35593: Remote portlets in the SAS® Information Delivery Portal sometimes cause the Web application server to run out of resources
Remote portlets, such as the SAS® BI Dashboard Portlet, might leave a large number of connections open in the CLOSE_WAIT state on the middle-tier Web application server. Leaving connections in this state can cause the Web application server to run out of resources.
