Problem Note 35514: SASĀ® Customer Intelligence is performing slower than anticipated
SAS Customer Intelligence might not perform as expected when executing campaigns that contain multiple threads.
If you see the following warning in the macore.log, it indicates that the concurrency is being automatically set back to 1 from that configured as the maximum number of concurrent processes per diagram in the SAS® Management Console plug-in, SAS Customer Intelligence Environment Settings.
