Usage Note 35427: File downloads do not work in the SASĀ® Anti-Money Laundering Investigation user interface when accessed through an SSL using Internet Explore
File downloads do not work when the Investigation user interface is being accessed through a single socket layer (SSL) using Internet Explorer.
The problem is due to a problem within Internet Explorer.

As a workaround, you can either use the resolution suggested by Microsoft or enable
the sasaml.config property, sasaml.browser.cache.
The sasaml.browser.cache property default value is "disable".
This setting disables caching of the pages by browsers, which prevents you from viewing previous pages by using the Back button in Internet Explorer after you have logged off.
