Problem Note 35249: The SAS® Money Laundering Detection macro DIST_ACTIVE_ALERTS_REPORT fails when there are no active alerts
Where there are no active alerts in FSK_ALERT and the DIST_ACTIVE_ALERTS_REPORT
macro is enabled, the macro fails with the following SAS error:

The code in DIST_ACTIVE_ALERTS_REPORT has been changed to display a message in the log when there are no active alerts.
