Problem Note 35192: Portlets appear to be missing after the Web application server has been restarted
Portlet deployment might fail during startup of the Web application server. This failure might appear as a hung thread, or the following error message might appear in the log file.
java.util.ConcurrentModificationException: concurrent access to HashMap
attempted by Thread[PortletDeployer:<portlet par file>.par,5,main]
In the SAS® Information Delivery Portal, you might encounter these symptoms:
- Previously created portlets might no longer appear after the Web application server has been restarted.
- Portlet types might unavailable when a user attempts to create a new instance of a portlet.
