Problem Note 34993: An error occurs when you run an SQL query with the ORACLE LIBNAME engine

When you run an SQL query with the ORACLE LIBNAME engine, you might get an error message similar to the following.
ERROR: ORACLE prepare error: ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis. SQL statement: SQL statement was not passed to the DBMS, SAS will do the processing.
After you applying Hot Fix E9OC11, an incorrect SQL statement is created, and the query is not passed to the database.
