Segmentation violations might occur after you apply Hot Fix E9BC46 in queries that reference DBMS tables.
This problem happens when such a query contains multiple functions and function nesting occurs, as shown in this example:

select dhms(datepart(dbms_dtime),10,01,30) as c1,
coalesce(1,0) as c2
from dbms.tablex;
