After starting Help ► SAS Warranty Analysis Help, a help window is opened but the table of contents is empty.
The toc.xml file has an unescaped character. The SASHOME/SASWarrantyAnalysis/4.1/Client/wrtyanl.log file will contain the following error message:
Error reading help table of contents file /sas.help.eclipsehelp.wrnta/toc.xml (skipping file
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Character conversion error: "Malformed UTF-8 char -- is an XML encoding
declaration missing?" (line number may be too low).
