Problem Note 34803: An "Alert Key and/or run group ID is not valid" error message appears when you click the View HTML button in SAS® Warranty Analysis Emerging Issues

After you create and run an Emerging Issues analysis, a View HTML button normally becomes available that enables you to view the results as HTML. However, if you sort the Emerging Issues analysis results by clicking a column name, the View HTML button does not work.
It displays the following error message:
Alert Key and/or run group ID is not valid.
There is no workaround available.
