Problem Note 34741: Plans with zero members in SAS® Markdown Optimization might not be seen correctly by users
In SAS Markdown Optimization, plans with zero members might not be seen correctly by users unless they have permission to see all products and all locations. The plan import does not set correct parent product and location in plans with zero members.
