Problem Note 34732: Changing bins in the Fine Detail tab of an Interval Input Variables selection causes truncation and duplication of values
In the SAS® Enterprise Miner™ Interactive Grouping node, merging or splitting a bin for an interval input variable in the Fine Detail tab interactive window will change the length of the _split_value_ variable. If you have only interval variables, this is not a problem.
However, if you select a nominal input variable for interactive grouping on the Fine Detail tab after you select an interval input variable for interactive grouping on the Fine Detail tab, the node will create two sets of incorrect bins for the nominal variable. The first set of bins will contain the original values. The second set of bins will contain truncated values.
