Problem Note 34687: Incorrect results might occur if you use the PUT() function in a WHERE clause to convert a DB2 timestamp to a character value

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

Incorrect results might occur if you use the PUT() function in a WHERE clause to convert a DB2 timestamp to a character value so it can be compared to a constant in the WHERE clause. Even if matches exist, they will not be found. This problem occurs after you have applied Hot Fixes E9BC46, E9BC57, and E9BC61.

The only workaround is to avoid a character comparison. Instead, you can use a datetime literal and compare that against the actual timestamp variable.
