Problem Note 34638: An Incorrect Approval Deadline Date is displayed

In SAS® Markdown Optimization, the Approval Deadline Date that is displayed is incorrect.
The global setting PRICE_CHANGE_APPROVAL_LEAD_TIME defines the number of days in between, and exclusive of, the last approval date and effective date for a price change. The Approval Deadline Date should display the last approval date; instead, it displays the next day.
For example, for price changes effective on Sunday 10/26/08: when PRICE_CHANGE_APPROVAL_LEAD_TIME is set to 3, the last date to approve price changes is Wednesday 10/22/08. However, SAS Markdown Optimization displays 10/23/08 in Approval Deadline Date field.
