In SAS® Markdown Optimization, SAS® Regular Price Optimization, and SAS® Promotion Optimization, the short term markdown lift is turned off even when PS_MARKDOWN is set to 2 or 3 in the Model_Spec table.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
If you check the partition tables in the scoring_param folder, it might not contain the M_PS effect.
