Problem Note 34583: NOQUOTELENMAX system option is invalid when library is assigned using XML engine
If you assign the XML engine in a LIBNAME statement, the NOQUOTELENMAX option
will be invalid. The current value will in fact be NOQUOTELENMAX, but the following
warning message is written to the SAS log:
WARNING: The quoted string currently being processed has become
more than 262 characters long.
You may have unbalanced quotation marks.
To circumvent, set the NOQUOTELENMAX option separately in an OPTIONS statement in
the SAS program after the LIBNAME statement in which you have set the XML engine.
