In SAS^® Markdown Optimization, future markdowns and approvals are not properly deleted when plan settings (such as removal of allowed markdown dates) are changed. As a result, future recommended prices and approvals for the deleted markdown dates are still displayed.

Follow the steps below to work around this issue.

1. Create an alternative plan with the new settings.
2. Optimize the alternative plan.
3. Make the alternative plan active.
