Usage Note 34472: "Can not open file xxxx: cause is Not Found" when attempting to open a SAS® Web Report Studio report
In SAS Web Report Studio, you might see the following error when you attempt to open a report:
Can not open file xxxxx: cause is Not Found
The most likely resolution to this problem is to restart your WebDAV server (either Xythos or Apache with DAV enabled).
If restarting your WebDAV server does not resolve the problem, then check the following settings in SAS® Management Console.
- Navigate to BI Manager ► BIP Tree.
- Right-click on BIP Tree and select Properties.
- Click the Content Mapping tab.
- On this tab, verify the settings as illustrated below:
