When using a SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio split node to split on date values, the subsequent cell counts might have incorrect counts if the underlying date fields are in a datetime format.
For example:
Create a Multiselect Node with a single selection criteria of date >= December 1
Feed this into a Split Node with two split criteria:
date >= December 1
date < December 1
Update counts on the Split Node and you will see counts returned incorrectly for the Date < December 1 cell.
