Problem Note 34402: Approve-to-budget might spend more than the budget amount or might skip markdowns in SAS® Markdown Optimization

The following problems might occur in the Approve Markdowns to Budget option in the Markdown Approvals by Plan view of SAS Markdown Optimization:
- Approve-to-budget might spend more than the budget amount when there are overrides and optimized prices.
- Approve-to-budget might incorrectly skip markdowns for plans with uniform pricing level that is not at the lowest (plan member) level.
