Problem Note 34379: An error message might occur when using the Define Thresholds screen from Risk Heatmap in SAS® OpRisk Monitor

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In SAS OpRisk Monitor, you might encounter the following error message when using the Define Thresholds screen.

The thresholds values must be numbers.

You access the Define Thresholds screen by performing the following steps:

  1. Select tab "Reporting".
  2. Select link "Risk Heatmap".
  3. Select link "Define Thresholds".

In this circumstance, you might not be able to cancel out of the dialog. A possible workaround is to ensure that all values are entered, even if the value is zero. In addition, use a comma as a separator and use leading and trailing zeroes.

The following examples illustrate effective and ineffective values:

0,0 will be effective. 5,0 will be effective. 0,8 will be effective. 0 will not be effective. 5 will not be effective. 5, will not be effective. ,8 will not be effective.

Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
