Problem Note 34338: Campaigns created from campaign templates that were migrated from SAS® Marketing Automation 4.4 cannot be approved as the approval link is not active

It is not possible to approve SAS® Customer Intelligence Campaigns created using campaign templates that were migrated from SAS Marketing Automation 4.4 even though the template permits approvals. That is because the link is missing or dimmed.

Campaigns that were migrated from SAS Marketing Automation 4.4 will work as expected, as will new campaigns created using templates that were created in SAS Customer Intelligence.

Only new campaigns that were created using the migrated templates exhibit this problem.

To work around this problem, create a new template using the SAS® Management Console Customer Intelligence plug-in and use this.
