Problem Note 34335: Missing MATABLES file error occurs when combining the output from response nodes to a select node

SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio generates the following error when using an AND node to combine the output of Response nodes to a Select node:
ERROR: File MATABLES.xxxxxx.DATA does not exist.
For example, in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, if you create a campaign with:
- Select node.
- Split node (two).
- Communication node (two).
- Response node (two).
- Connect the output from the response nodes using an OR node.
- Add another Select node.
- Use an AND node with a type of "meets all conditions defined by input nodes" to connect the Select and OR nodes.
When executed, the campaign will fail with the error shown above.
A workaround for this problem is to change the type of the AND node to "is a member of each group defined by input node."
