Problem Note 34328: Prioritize node Limit functionality does not obey the same random rules as a Limit node
SAS® Campaign Studio allows Prioritize nodes to limit the number of subjects in each cell.
However, the subjects are not randomly selected as they would be in a Limit node. They are selected in Subject ID order.
A workaround would be to not use the limit functionality within the Prioritize node, but to feed the output cell through a Limit node.
