Problem Note 34204: 'Target Inventory %' and 'Salvage Value %' minimum values cannot be changed in SAS® Markdown Optimization

If the minimum values for Target Inventory % and Salvage Value % are set to any value greater than 0 in the pricing rules UI, then you will not be able to edit these values in the Create or Modify Plans dialog.
A circumvention that sometimes works is to highlight a single digit and replace values one digit at a time.
