If the SAS Data Quality Server is not licensed, then the following error message will be displayed when invoking the LOAD_CORE macro:
---------------------------------------------------------- the function DQMATCH is unknown, or cannot be accessed... ----------------------------------------------------------
The message displays because there was a problem within the party_stage_extract.sas program that invokes the BUILD_PARTY_MATCH_CODES macro. The macro was still being invoked when BUILD_PARTY_MATCH_CODES was set to "N".
