Problem Note 34125: SASXMLA Web Services application returns an error message for all Web service requests when it is deployed on BEA WebLogic 8.1.6

This error is caused by differences in the SOAP with Attachments API for Java (SAAJ) between WebLogic 8.1 SP3 and WebLogic 8.1 SP6.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
The hot fix enables stored processes to execute via the SASXMLA Web application in either WebLogic 8.1.3 or WebLogic 8.1.6.
