Problem Note 34896: ADX DISPLAYS INCORRECT FACTOR LEVELS FOR CERTAIN DESIGNS
ADX first constructs a design in coded form and then uncodes it using the levels specified by the user. If you have a design with qualitative factors with 5, 7, or 9
levels, then the center value is shown as 0 instead of the actual level after you customize a design. This behavior is incorrect.
The work around for this problem would be to first construct the design in ADX and after customization, select the button “Edit Responses…” and choose “Unprotect Blocks & Factors” from the Edit menu of the Edit Responses window. In the data table, scroll to the rows that have the incorrect levels and edit the cells by replacing the 0’s with the actual center level.
