Problem Note 34890: Incorrect owners might appear on the user list when publishing an action plan in SAS® OpRisk Monitor
One of the steps in creating an action plan in SAS OpRisk Monitor is to select an owner, based on a list derived from position information related to the action plan. However, after you publish the action plan and click the Reassign Owner button, invalid owners might appear on the list.
