Problem Note 34803: An "Alert Key and/or run group ID is not valid" error message appears when you click the View HTML button in SASĀ® Warranty Analysis Emerging Issues
After you create and run an EI analysis, a View HTML button normally becomes available that enables you to view the results as HTML. However, if you sort the EI Analysis results by clicking a column name, the View HTML button does not work.
It displays the following error message:
Alert Key and/or run group ID is not valid.
There is no workaround available.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
If the EI Analysis results are sorted by clicking on a column name, the View HTML button does not work correctly.
